red currant jelly










This morning we picked a bucket full red currants. They went trough the same procedure as the black currants last week.
I have end up with 12 jars jelly. 550 gram each.
Delicious on a slice new baked bread :-)

That looks good Ati, I have a bush full of redcurrants but they are so sour!!

MMMMM.. I love current jelly. I wish we could grow currents.

Oh, that looks yummy! I haven't made jelly in a long time, but I used to mix currants and black raspberries. So good. Enjoy your harvest!
